About

This is our website for busy families who want ideas how to feed their toddlers and little kids well. We are two moms sharing our approach and ideas to giving the little ones healthy, high protein, yummy yet quick vegan food. The kitchen tools that help us the most these days to make speedy and delicious food are our high speed blender and pressure cooker. And meal planning is key to keeping everyone happy and healthy and the food budget down to a dull roar! In our kitchen, we use lots of soaked beans, lentils and sometimes grains, seeds and sprouts so if that’s new to you and of interest, come join us! We will share our tips and tricks for happy, healthy vegan kids!

Our inspiration comes primarily from Medical Medium on whole healthy and healing foods, and try to incorporate a lot of his approaches with the little ones. In addition, we are also huge fans of the works of Rudolf Steiner and seek to help the little ones build their bodies so their soul’s can incarnate fully and do their work here on earth. The approaches are largely complementary, though through Steiner’s work we understand that protein is key when building, and as such we put more of an emphasis on that than Medical Medium might suggest is needed. However, we do tend to start our days with a nice fresh lemon water, followed by a 15 minute break and then a glass of celery juice, followed up with a heavy metal detox smoothie chockablock full of nutrients! In our experience, it makes for high energy and healthy kids.
